- Obituary: William Henry Knapp
April 20, 1815 - February 12, 1887
DIED: - W. Knapp, at his home north of Stella, last Saturday evening.The old gentleman never fully recovered from the fall he received,when his team runaway, but kept going down until disease overcame him.He was laid to rest in the Stella cemetery last Sunday afternoon, Rev.Nowell conducting the funeral services. Thus the old pioneers arepassing away.
