Visitation was from 2-4 p.m. Sunday. She was born in Cleveland and had lived in Vicksburg for over 50 years. She was retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers were she served in substance procurement. She was a member of Gibson Memorial United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Bob Alford of Issaqah, Wash., and her daughter, Jo Lynn Long of Georgetown, Texas. Pallbearers were Landy Teller, Dennis Taylor, Mitch Martin, Robert E. Everett, Capt.
